just some thoughts on artist stereotypes

so these are some stereotypes that i have heard throughout my years in my art magnet high school.
-the idea that artists should specialize in one series or style
Definitely not true. As an artist and a person, I think people should always try to explore new things. Re inventing myself is my goal. I think i've heard teachers and peers tell me throughout my life that i should stick to one thing, and thus I've tried so hard to do the opposite.
-the idea that everything has been done before and that originality is not real

not bad thanks, college is difficult though granted I am only taking chemistry, calculus and computer science courses 
but it's not bad. finals are coming up and then a week of break. how did your art show go? I was very sad that I couldn't make it :/ are you all set with college replies and ready to start an adventure on some glorious campus? hehe. do you know what college you want to go to next year?
